Nature of Our Services
Roeya Shop TV provides custom website creation, design, and digital services. As these services are digital and often personalized, they are subject to specific refund conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial payment.
- Work on the project has not yet started, or only minimal work has been completed.
- The client has not approved any design, layout, or development milestone.
Once a project has entered the active development phase or a draft has been delivered, refunds are no longer guaranteed.
Partial Refunds
If work has already begun and a refund is approved, only 47% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
This deduction covers administrative costs, consultation time, and initial development or design efforts.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The project has been completed or delivered.
- The client changes their mind after approving designs or features.
- Delays caused by the client (missing content, late feedback, or unresponsiveness).
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not specified in the original agreement.
